It is the promise of all who wear the owl to be true to one another.</div> <bR> <div> there are various levels of this and they are only offered to those who are friends and magickal workers within the group.</div> <bR> <div> the title Wearer of the Owl  is given to those friends of the group who are seen as friends.</div> <bR> <div> the title of Silverowl is only given to those who work within the group and join in to the sabbats.</div> <bR> <div> darkowls are members who are part of the inner magickal working group.</div> <bR> <div> the title Elder of the Owl  is to those who have their own groups and still work with the core coven.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> this coven is made up of many groups who come together to work the work and celebrate the wheel.</div> <div> it has a core and it has an extended family.</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
